- Experience in a similar position in the production industry for at least 5 years
- Proven optimization results in the field of machining
- Very good knowledge of technical drawings
- Ability to manage a team of employees
- Knowledge of the English language

- Knowledge of cutting machining technology
- Knowledge of CNC machine operation and programming

Zakres obowiązków:
- Nadzór nad pracą operatorów maszyn CNC i innych pracowników działu obróbki maszynowej (Zespół 30-40 osobowy)
- Planowanie i harmonogramowanie zadań produkcyjnych
- Monitorowanie i optymalizacja procesów produkcyjnych w celu zwiększenia efektywności
- Utrzymywanie i aktualizacja dokumentacji produkcyjnej
- Rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych i organizacyjnych związanych z produkcją
- Współpraca z innymi działami w celu realizacji celów biznesowych
Oczekiwania:
- Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w branży produkcyjnej min. 5 lat
- Potwierdzone wyniki optymalizacyjne w obszarze obróbki maszynowej
- Bardzo dobra znajomość rysunku technicznego
- Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem pracowników
- Znajomość języka angielskiego
- Zdolności analityczne i umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów
- Komunikatywność, odpowiedzialność i zaangażowanie
- Znajomość technologii obróbki skrawaniem
- Znajomość obsługi i programowania maszyn CNC
- Umiejętność pracy w środowisku dużej zmienności
