Job Description

Our Vendôme site, a reference for avionics production, welcomes you to the heart of the Loire Valley. You will join the Methods team within the Industrial Process Engineering Department, focusing on technological manufacturing and mechanical assembly processes across product life phases. Your missions include evaluating and validating the internal mechanical screwing system, performing production analysis, technical monitoring with partners, preparing R&T activity proposals, setting up project tracking, and supporting technologists by drafting specifications, reviewing reports, and evaluating suppliers.

  • Engineering school training with a mechanical specialty (Bac+5)
  • Mastery of Pack Office
  • Knowledge of special processes
  • Knowledge of metallic materials and their tests

Your daily life

Our Vendôme site welcomes you to the heart of the Loire Valley and its castles. A reference for avionics production, it is easily accessible by TGV from Paris and Tours.

Within the Methods pole of the Industrial Process Engineering Department of the FLX industry, you will join the Methods team in charge of technological manufacturing and mechanical assembly processes, which intervenes in the different phases of our products' life (R&T, offer, development, and series).

Your missions:

  • Evaluate and validate the internal mechanical screwing system.
  • Perform a production analysis (Pareto).
  • Carry out technical monitoring with partners (e.g., CETIM).
  • Prepare R&T activity quotes and proposals.
  • Set up project tracking (Gantt chart).
  • Support technologists: drafting specifications, reviewing reports, evaluating suppliers.

Your profile:

You are in engineering school training with a mechanical specialty (Bac+5) and you are looking for a 6-month internship.

You have the following skills:

Technical skills:

  • Mastery of Pack Office.
  • Knowledge of special processes.
  • Knowledge of metallic materials and their tests.
  • Technical English (written/read).
  • (Asset: VBA).

Behavioral skills:

  • Versatility and curiosity.
  • Autonomy and rigor.
  • Methodical and synthetic mind.
