Job Description

This is an internship position for a Technical Consultant at Philips. The role involves learning and being trained on Philips IT Health Imaging products, performing software installation and configuration, and understanding the daily activities of the Technical Services Team. The intern will learn how to do new installations and upgrades of the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) for Radiology and be part of an international project delivery team for the EMEA region, supporting installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions. The internship is a full-time, 6-month, extracurricular, remunerated opportunity.
Must have:
  • Recent graduate from a Technical School (IT preferred)
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
  • Basic technical background in software/hardware solutions
  • Problem-solving, analytical approach and a team working attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English

Job title:

Your role:
• You will learn how to do new installations and upgrades of Picture Archiving and Communication System for Radiology.

• You will be part of an international project delivery team for EMEA, responsible for supporting installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions across EMEA region.

• It's a full-time, 6-month, extracurricular, remunerated internship.


You're the right fit if:
1. You are a recent graduate of a Technical School (IT background preferred) or with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field
2. You have a basic technical background in software/hardware solutions: storage, servers, workstation, virtualization, database and troubleshooting. Oracla and SQL basic knowledge would be a plus.
3. You have a problem solving, analytical approach and a team working attitude
4. You have excellent communication skills in Italian and English.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
