This role is for an NKA & New Channel Leader in Shanghai, responsible for developing key accounts, designing and executing account strategies, and coordinating Philips' efforts to maximize sales output. The role involves cooperating with local sales teams for in-store execution and systematically analyzing sales results, market, and competition. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, over 12 years of experience in key account management, and strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and category management skills, with deep understanding of channel and shopper insights.
