• Assists the team lead in daily operations, including the management of KPIs to meet agreed targets, ensuring team performance aligns with organizational goals.

• Works under general supervision, supporting direct colleagues in understanding and following standard processes and SAP navigation to optimize operational performance.

• Engages in projects and Kaizens focused on identifying and implementing standardized methods to support operational excellence, contributing significantly to the organization’s continuous improvement initiatives by providing innovative solutions and best practices.

• Captures team issues by driving effective solutions within the team, ensuring that relevant stakeholders are involved in the resolution process to achieve comprehensive and sustainable outcomes.

• Acts as a key user by defining and implementing actions aimed at optimizing processes and workflows, and leveraging expertise to drive enhancements that increase efficiency and productivity across the organization.

• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the system processing orders and the processes governing it, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making.

• Handles exceptional orders and deviations by promptly addressing them, ensuring timely resolution, and meticulously adhering to established protocols and procedures to maintain operational integrity and customer satisfaction.

• Supports team members in analyzing customer orders and deviations, collaborating to reach resolutions that meet customer needs and expectations.

• Reviews multiple competing priorities and determines the optimal path forward by balancing the needs and interests of the customers and the team, ensuring that all decisions align with overall business goals and deliver maximum value.

You're the right fit if:

Minimum required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations OR Vocational Education in Order Management or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:

No prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 7 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Order Management, Logistics, Process Improvement, Business Administration or equivalent. Good Excel knowledge and SAP tool working experience.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
