Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst / Technical Designer to join our team at Ness Czech s.r.o. This role involves designing, modeling, and optimizing processes using the modern BPM platform Camunda 8. The ideal candidate understands technical contexts, communicates effectively with developers and business partners, and is eager to create clear, reusable, and scalable solutions. Responsibilities include designing platform components, collaborating on requirements, implementing technical services, and defining architecture.

Good To Have:

Basic Java knowledge and ability to read and understand code.
Knowledge of enterprise environment and integration patterns.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to work in an agile team.
Experience with Camunda 8 Zeebe engine.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps principles.
Knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes environment.

Must Have:

Design and document process modeling platform components in accordance with IT requirements.
Collaborate with business teams on requirements gathering and transformation into technical designs.
Collaborate with Java developers on implementation of technical services and system integration.
Participate in the design of architecture and technical specifications (REST API, Messaging, Databases).
Work with Enterprise Architect tool and model technical services in accordance with UML standard.
Design and model processes in Camunda 8 (BPMN, DMN).
Create technical specifications for development teams.
Design the architecture of process solutions and their integration into a microservice infrastructure.
Participate in testing, validation, and optimization of process flows.
Good knowledge of UML, process modeling, and analytical methods.
Experience with process analysis and modeling in BPMN 2.0, DMN.
Knowledge of Camunda 8 platform or other BPM tools.
Experience with Enterprise Architect or other CASE tools.
Orientation in microservice architecture, REST API, and integration patterns.
Knowledge of Oracle/SQL/NoSQL database structures.
Experience with designing process and technical solutions in a complex environment, including documentation.
Analytical thinking and ability to communicate across teams (business, development, architecture).
