Job Description
This role involves managing the company's IT assets and licenses, encompassing procurement, accounting, distribution, and usage control. Responsibilities include optimizing license costs, negotiating with suppliers, conducting license audits, preparing reports, managing access to corporate systems, and working with ticket management systems (Asana, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.). The IT Asset Manager will also administer access control systems, manage user accounts, automate asset management processes, and ensure compliance with license agreements. Experience in IT asset and license management, licensing models, ITAM/SAM systems, supplier relations, data analysis, and ticket management systems is essential.

Job Details
We are looking for an IT Asset Manager who will manage the company's IT assets and licenses: control purchases, optimize the use of licenses, work with suppliers and monitor compliance with license agreements, as well as manage access to corporate systems.
What will we trust you with
- Management of procurement, accounting and distribution of licenses.
- Control over software usage, cost optimization.
- Interaction with suppliers, negotiations, conclusion of contracts.
- Audit of licenses, preparation of reports.
- Administration of IT assets, management of access to the corporate systems.
- Working with ticket management systems (Asana, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).
- Administration of access control systems and management of user accounts.
- Automation and optimization of asset management processes.
What do we expect from you
- Experience in managing IT assets and licenses.
- Knowledge of licensing models and ITAM/SAM systems.
- Experience in working with suppliers and concluding contracts.
- Skills in data analysis and IT resource accounting.
- Experience with ticket management systems.
- Experience in administering access control systems.
- English proficiency at level B2+.
Would be a plus
- Experience with IAM systems and automation of IT asset accounting.
- Experience in the gaming industry and management of in-game assets.
- Skills in working with financial and analytical tools.
