Job Description
Playkot is seeking a Marketing Lead for its R&D team to drive the growth strategy for a Telegram mini-app. This role involves defining goals, channels, and budgets, creating and managing a testing roadmap for creatives and funnels, and building robust reporting and attribution systems. The ideal candidate will identify new growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and implement automation to streamline marketing processes, ultimately transforming experiments into a productive system.
Good To Have:
- Experience with Telegram Ads, bots, TON, and an understanding of the Telegram ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and knowledge of SQL/ClickHouse.
Must Have:
- Be responsible for Telegram growth strategy: goals, channels, budgets.
- Create and maintain a testing roadmap—creatives, funnels, success criteria, and stop factors.
- Build reporting and attribution so everything can be measured and improved.
- Select and implement bots, tools, and automation, making processes simpler, faster, and more transparent.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing (performance / influencer).
- Ability to manage tangible budgets.
- Strong analytical skills: understanding of CAC, LTV, ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Discipline in experimentation and the ability to build a strategy, not just tactics.
- Fluent Russian, confident English (written and spoken).
