Most Important:

• Tier 2 IT knowledge and a willingness to want to develop your skills and grow your career within the company.
• Experience providing tech support to users using Windows 10 and server versions, MAC OS, and other mainstream apps.
• Fantastic communication and great customer service!
• A working vehicle for out in the field to visit customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose client's network connectivity with different devices (laptops, desktops, servers, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, etc.)
• Communicating and working with customers via phone, email, etc. to gather the information you need for troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, customers, and remote technicians to resolve network related problems.
