Job Description

The IT Field Technician will troubleshoot and diagnose client network connectivity issues. They will communicate with customers via phone and email, collaborate with sales representatives and remote technicians to resolve network problems, and contribute to a dynamic team. The role requires Tier 2 IT knowledge, experience with Windows 10, server versions, and MAC OS. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. This role involves providing tech support to users on various platforms, ensuring a high level of customer success within a growing company focused on career growth.

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose client's network connectivity with different devices (laptops, desktops, servers, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, etc.)
  • Communicating and working with customers via phone, email, etc. to gather the information you need for troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, customers, and remote technicians to resolve network related problems.
