Job Summary

CRB Workforce is seeking an IT Systems Administrator for an onsite contract-to-hire position in Beaverton, OR. The role requires hands-on Azure Cloud administration, strong Windows Server and Microsoft enterprise platform experience (Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Hyper-V, SQL), and relevant IT certifications. Responsibilities include managing Windows servers, Azure cloud resources, M365, and troubleshooting infrastructure issues. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience.

Must Have

  • Hands-on Azure Cloud administration experience.
  • Strong background in Windows Server and Microsoft enterprise platforms.
  • Must have or be pursuing relevant IT certifications.
  • 3+ years in systems administration or infrastructure support roles.
  • Experience managing on-premise and cloud-based environments.
  • Skilled with server setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Group Policy, Intune, M365, and Azure resources.

Job Description

  • Excellent documentation and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Windows servers (2012R2–2025) in physical and virtual (Hyper-V) environments
  • Manage and build Azure cloud resources to support scalable, high-availability systems
  • Oversee M365, Exchange, and Entra ID in hybrid environments
  • Collaborate with internal security and endpoint protection teams to maintain system health and compliance
  • Create and maintain Group Policy/Intune configurations
  • Document procedures, train internal users, and mentor Tier 1–2 support staff
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues efficiently
