The Senior System Analyst is an operations support system (OSS) specialist, providing crucial support for smooth business operations. This role involves resolving operational problems, analyzing root causes, handling escalated issues, developing preventive measures, and monitoring system operations. The analyst also manages job calendars, recommends process improvements, and provides training for new starters, ensuring ownership of their roles.

- Perform quality control on created and loaded IOTs.
- Create IOT load files for validation of Standard, Discount, and EU regulated IOTs.
- Implement IOTs and monitor end dates on Discounted IOTs.
- Handle mediation rejections for TAPOUT creation Customers.
- Manage TAP halted files, including Inspection Mode.
- Perform TAPOUT Rerating.
- Provide Dataclearing support for all DCH level 1 issues.
- Conduct UAT Testing and System Monitoring.
- Handle RAPIN, RAP CDR correction/Recycling, and AA14/OpData.
- Ensure DCH configurations are up to date, including Industry, Local/TAP currency, MCCMNC, IAC/CC/NDC, and Tax.
- Manage BID, including emergency BID announcement as per TD38.
- Handle CDR to modify or filter as per requirement.
- Set up agreements as per CLL (Voice/SMS, data, CAMEL).
- Handle OIR and load into the DCH on migration date.
- Manage agreements for NRTRDE partners of our customers.
- Handle Halted NRT files.
- Support new Customer implementation and NRTRDE Monitoring.
- Perform NRTRDE ACR check and Wholesale rerating set up.
- Manage new account creation, access rights, and password reset.
- Perform MVNO configuration and User application access review.
- Document processes.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Have 3-5 years of experience with Engineering/telecommunication/IT profile.
- Demonstrate understanding of UNIX, FTP/SFTP.
- Exhibit problem-solving ability and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess general understanding of Telecommunications and wireless industries and technologies.
- Ability to make sound decisions and strong written communication skills.
- Show excellent follow up skills and ability to formulate and clearly communicate ideas.
- Be an active, self-motivated and well-organized personality.
- Capable of understanding technical standards (TD.57) and IT related procedures, tariff plans and the RAP process.
- Ability to work with a trouble ticketing system.
