Enterprise Data Analytics Manager

CRB Workforce is seeking an Enterprise Data Analytics Manager for an onsite role in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a data analytics team, delivering organizational insights through the development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models. This role involves identifying trends, visualizing data, and presenting findings to senior leadership, while also overseeing data integrity and collaborating cross-functionally to improve data systems. Candidates need 5+ years in data analytics and 2+ years in management, with proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and Azure Data Tools.

Must Have

• 5+ years in data analytics
• 2+ years in management or team leadership
• Proven success building and scaling analytics operations
• Proficient with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and Azure Data Tools
• Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field
• Skilled in data modeling, visualization, and performance reporting
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs, metrics, and dashboards
• Strong understanding of data governance, management, and quality control
• Hands-on experience with predictive modeling and trend analysis
