Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

Most Important:

• 5+ years in data analytics and 2+ years in management or team leadership
• Proven success building and scaling analytics operations
• Proficient with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and Azure Data Tools
• Strong communicator with ability to translate complex data into clear insights

Qualifications:

• Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field
• Skilled in data modeling, visualization, and performance reporting
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs, metrics, and dashboards
• Strong understanding of data governance, management, and quality control
• Hands-on experience with predictive modeling and trend analysis

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a data analytics team delivering organizational insights
• Develop dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support decision-making
• Identify trends, visualize data, and present findings to senior leadership
• Oversee data integrity, accuracy, and governance initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data systems and workflows
