AI Business Solution Manager

Ness Digital Engineering is seeking an AI Business Solution Manager to join their AI Center of Excellence in Timisoara, Romania. This role involves designing, building, and deploying intelligent agents and comprehensive business solutions using no-code tools like n8n and Copilot Studio. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven workflows, applying prompt design techniques and optimizing solution performance. Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in technical or analytical roles with hands-on experience in low/no-code platforms and a strong understanding of AI technologies and business processes.

Must Have

• Design, build, and deploy intelligent agents for business solutions.
• Integrate AI to solve complex business challenges using no-code tools (n8n, Copilot Studio).
• Analyze business processes and identify AI solution opportunities.
• Design, build, and optimize agent-based workflows.
• Apply prompt design techniques for effective user-agent-LLM interactions.
• Define solution architecture, integrations, and logic flows for multi-agent systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into structured requirements.

What you'll do:

We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and process-oriented AI Business Solutions Builder to join our AI Center of Excellence.

In this role, you’ll design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that build comprehensive business solutions and workflows, integrating AI to solve complex business challenges using no-code tools such as n8n and Copilot Studio.

You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into integrated solutions and workflows, and deliver scalable, impactful business solutions that drive the company’s AI transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to build solutions through intelligent AI agents.
• Design, build, and optimize agent-based workflows using n8n, Copilot Studio, and other low/no-code tools.
• Apply prompt design techniques to craft effective interactions between users, agents, and LLMs — designing, testing, and refining prompts for accuracy, reliability, and contextual understanding
• Define the solution architecture, integrations, and logic flows for multi-agent systems and end-to-end business solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into structured solution requirements and functional flows.
• Partner with the AI CoE team to establish and maintain best practices, governance standards, and reusable frameworks for prompt and workflow design.
• Monitor and continuously improve solution performance and user experience through data-driven insights.

What you'll bring:

• 4+ years of experience in technical or analytical roles (e.g., system analyst, technical project manager, product manager, or process engineer).
• Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Zapier, Make).
• Experience working in global companies and collaborating with cross-business customers.
