Job Description

Instabase is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join their growing international teams. This role involves providing professional IT support to over 350 employees across North America, EMEA, and Asia. The specialist will resolve tickets related to software, hardware, networking, and equipment, troubleshoot various tools like Google Workspace and Okta, manage employee onboarding/offboarding, and maintain inventory logistics. The role also focuses on building new processes and improving infrastructure, security, and systems.
Must Have:
  • Resolve tickets for all internal requests related to software, hardware, networking and equipment issues.
  • Troubleshoot on various tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Atlassian, Kandji, Intune.
  • Lead lifecycle onboarding and offboarding for employees including accounts, hardware logistics and training.
  • Plan, maintain and manage inventory logistics for all equipment, including shipping to local and international employees within APAC region.
  • Ability to define and automate company processes to help scale the company proactively.
  • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services for a growing organisation.
  • Strong experience with Mac OS and Windows.
  • Proficient with modern cloud applications, interface.
  • Ability to operate with a “security first” mindset.
  • Experience of working with a modern ticketing system.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Natural problem solver who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Our IT Operations Team is core to the growth of our organisation. This team works on a wide range of challenges, including providing support to over 350 employees in a professional manner - teams are distributed across North America, EMEA and Asia.

As an IT Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping onboard and support our growing international teams and systems. You’ll work closely with a number of teams, including, but not limited to HR, Engineering and Sales. As we scale you will play a key role in building new processes and continuously finding new ways to improve our infrastructure, security and systems.

What you’ll do

  • Resolve tickets for all internal requests related to software, hardware, networking and equipment issues
  • Troubleshooting on various tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Atlassian, Kandji, Intune and others
  • Lead lifecycle onboarding and offboarding for employees including accounts, hardware logistics and training
  • Plan, maintain and manage inventory logistics for all equipment, including shipping to local and international employees within APAC region
  • Ability to define and automate company processes to help scale the company proactively

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $107,000 - $112,000 + bonus, equity, and benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.
