Engineer - IT

This role involves analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities, then designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA bots using industry-standard tools like UiPath. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain existing processes, troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance, and document technical specifications. They will also provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders.

Must Have

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

• Document automation processes and technical specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath.
• Strong understanding of process mapping.
• Proficiency in programming languages like VB.NET, C#, Python.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and database integration.

Good to Have

• RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer).
• Experience with OCR, AI/ML integration.
• Work experience in Agile / SCRUM environments.
• Experience in UiPath (licensed versions).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath
• Strong understanding of process mapping and business process reengineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages like VB.NET, C#, Python, .
• Experience with APIs, web services, and database integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer).
• Experience with OCR, AI/ML integration
• Work experience in Agile / SCRUM environments using Jira / Kanban Boards is preferable
• Experience in UiPath is mandatory – prior work experience on licensed versions of Studio, Orchestrator, Bots (community version experience not considered)
