Job Description
As Solution Delivery Associate (Working Student or Intern), you will support the delivery of XR software solutions for global life sciences clients. Working with the Solution Delivery team, you help translate client needs into well-executed projects that drive adoption and measurable impact.
You support the link between clients and our multidisciplinary development teams. Your work keeps projects aligned, documented, and moving, while helping surface risks early and ensuring clear communication.
You will thrive in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment, building practical delivery skills in emerging XR technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of client XR projects from kickoff to go-live through structured coordination and follow-through.
- Maintain project plans, milestones, action logs, and documentation in line with delivery standards.
- Prepare client materials such as status updates, milestone reviews, and rollout or onboarding content.
- Track progress and risks, flagging issues and dependencies to senior team members.
- Contribute to improving delivery templates, playbooks, and internal routines.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in IT, economics, science, or related fields.
- Prior experience in project work, consulting, software delivery, or similar environments.
- Strong organization and reliability in managing parallel tasks.
- Structured, proactive problem solver with clear communication skills.
- Confident in PowerPoint and Excel; Jira/Confluence experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
