Nasdaq is looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Cloud Service Delivery team; a growing team responsible for providing best-in-class service to the largest financial institutions across the globe in the capital market and regulatory space. You will be part of Nasdaq FinTech Ops, an integral part of Nasdaq's growth and success. This division's mission is to continuously enhance the Nasdaq Customer experience in how they consume the Nasdaq FinTech software and services, using a strategic customer-centric approach focused on driving customer adoption and retention. Thus, successfully differentiating Nasdaq from our competition and contributing to the net growth of our business while offering intense and excellent career development opportunities.
In this role, you will act as a delivery manager and assist our Cloud clients in the context of onboarding during the implementation of our Capital Market and Regulatory Reporting solutions. You’ll work directly with our implementation team and customers to inform, plan, and coordinate all aspects of Cloud Integration.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Handling all project deliverable ETAs and create relevant subtasks
Maintaining consistent client-facing implementation documents as well as internal procedures and implementation methodology
Working closely with our Cloud Operations and DevOps teams to break down and schedule implementation tasks
Creating and maintaining checklists for tracking purposes
Following up Cloud onboarding issues and ensure Support and Engineering are provided with all relevant information
Promoting implementation of best practices and technical guidance
A few years of experience in IT/Cloud projects within finance or capital markets industry
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or IT.
Good communication skills, as you will be working closely with customers and other Nasdaq departments.
Ability to articulate procedures and create a reusable reference document.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to have an organized approach in a multi-tasking environment, and strong problem-solving/facilitation abilities.

Monthly salary: from 2100 to 3000€ (Before Taxes). The final salary will depend on candidate knowledge and experience, other bonuses apply.
