We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Data Lead Architect to join our Product & Sustainability team. As the Lead data Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and optimizing data use cases through the strategic use of advanced data technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, collaborate with external partners to ensure successful project delivery. This role demands a deep understanding of system architecture, integration, and the ability to align technology solutions with the evolving needs of our business.

You’ll break new ground by:

  • Design robust and scalable architecture for data use cases using various technologies, including HAHA, Snowflake, SQL.
  • Ensure seamless integration between existing systems and new data solutions to enhance data flow and collaboration.
  • Address and troubleshoot complex technical challenges, ensuring the resilience and reliability of data solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and security are followed.
  • Lead technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of automation solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Continuously review and optimize the technical processes of the data product to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency gains, and quality improvements.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in application development, with significant expertise in data technologies.
  • Deep understanding of system architecture and design principles, including experience with integrating disparate systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to manage projects in an Agile environment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
