Job Summary
Penumbra, a leading MedTech company, is seeking an IT Specialist in Warsaw. This role involves providing advanced IT support for hardware, software, networks, and security, troubleshooting complex technical problems, and maintaining IT systems. The specialist will manage IT tickets, administer user accounts, coordinate with vendors, and ensure IT security. Must Have
- Provide advanced IT support for hardware, software, networks, and security issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Maintain, optimize, and update IT systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage IT tickets and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
- Administer user and computer accounts, and maintain IT inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services.
- Ensure IT security, conduct audits, and enforce best practices.
- Handle high-priority incidents and provide dedicated support for executives.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and training materials.
- Mentor IT team members and contribute to strategic IT initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of IT support experience in a global enterprise environment, including service desk support.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong technical skills with Windows and Mac laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, user account management, and security groups.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AV tools, and Wi-Fi management.
- Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Intune, JAMF) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Knowledge of IT security best practices.
Good to Have
- Background in regulated industries (Medical Device, Pharma, Biotech) is a plus.
