At Futurum Technology, we are responsible for helping startups get things done, employing over 50 IT specialists with a mission to develop and improve IT solutions globally. We are seeking an IT Support person to join our team, assisting in solving technical problems, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring smooth system operations. This includes providing remote user support, monitoring systems, basic database administration, and escalating complex incidents.

Good To Have:

Basic knowledge of Linux

Must Have:

Providing user support for technical issues (remotely)
Monitoring systems and responding to requests
Basic database administration
Cooperating with the technical team and escalating more complex incidents
Basic knowledge of databases
Communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently
Good organization of work during night shifts
