Position Overview:

The ITAD Technician will be responsible for receiving, processing, and refurbishing retired IT Assets from Zones Customers. They will also be responsible for ensuring Zones meets or exceeds and Data Security policies requested from our Customers.

The ITAD Technician is primarily responsible for:

• Data entry & maintenance
• Hard drive data sanitization
• Package, palletize, load, transport, and unload freight in a manner that adheres to all required safety and quality standards.
• Prepare, receive and remit appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of freight to ensure accurate order tracking, billing, and timely service.
• Inventory management, project tracking
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

What you will bring to the team:

• High School diploma (GED)
• Background in Electronics or Computers, formal or otherwise.
• High School diploma
• Basic understanding of computer hardware
• Critical thinking
• Able to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Ability to identify IT devices including, PCs, servers, laptops, networking equipment, etc.
• Background in e-Scrap or Asset Recovery a plus.
• Excellent customer focus
• Can do attitude

Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $18.00-20.00
