We are seeking a Senior/Lead Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Angular to design, develop, and implement complex enterprise applications, lead technical initiatives, and drive best practices.

Must Have

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level web applications and services.
• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable microservices using Java with Spring Boot.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various systems and third-party services.
• Develop, test, and deploy front-end applications using Angular, ensuring a responsive interface.
• Work with Kafka for event-driven architecture, stream processing, and real-time data ingestion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers within the team.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation.
• Participate in architectural discussions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Hands-on experience working with Kafka and building event-driven systems.

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Our challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable, robust enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Kafka, and Angular. Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA is $105k - $118k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong professional experience in Java full stack development.

• Hands-on experience working with Kafka and building event-driven systems.
• Proficiency in front-end development using Angular (version 8+ preferred).
