Synechron is seeking an experienced QA Lead Specialist to oversee and execute comprehensive quality assurance activities across complex development projects. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions by developing testing strategies, leading testing teams, and collaborating closely with stakeholders. Must Have

- Manage and mentor QA team members.
- Oversee manual, automated, regression, performance, and security testing activities.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Establish and monitor testing metrics to assess product quality and testing effectiveness.
- Support defect tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure all testing deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation and lead roles.
- Proven track record managing QA teams and delivering large-scale enterprise projects.
- Experience in implementing test strategies from requirements to production.
- Competency in SQL to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps principles and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Good to Have
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).
- Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
- Familiarity with cloud testing environments (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with mobile testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to write complex automation scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Exposure to financial services, banking, or fintech domains is advantageous.
- Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTB are desirable.

Qualifications
