Job Summary
E2open is seeking an Associate Trade Specialist for Restricted Party Screening in Bangalore. This role involves mastering global knowledge update processes for trade content, monitoring and updating restricted parties data, and analyzing regulatory information within the e2open GTM software suite. The specialist will interact with government officials and trade professionals, ensuring timely and quality project delivery in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Must Have
- Master Global Knowledge® update process for Trade Content.
- Monitor and keep abreast of restricted parties data for various countries.
- Analyze and update regulatory information in e2open GTM software suite.
- Interact with government officials and trade professionals to obtain information.
- Meet or exceed customer expectations on timeliness, quality, and completeness.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-2 years of Trade Compliance experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge and interest in international trade regulations, policies, and customs compliance.
- Excellent research and analysis skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Keen interest in global trade regulations and policies.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Ability to work with people from different countries and across different time zones.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Associate Trade Specialist - Restricted Party Screening
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Master competently our Global Knowledge® update process for Trade Content assigned to you.
- Monitoring and keeping abreast of restricted parties data for various countries.
- Analyzing and updating regulatory information in the e2open GTM software suite.
- Interacting with respective regions’ government officials as well as with a network of trade professionals to obtain restricted parties related information.
- Meet or exceed customer expectations on timeliness, quality, and completeness of assigned projects by working closely with Team Leaders by following our quality management standards set forth by our ISO 9001:2015 certification.
- Carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of Trade Compliance experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge and interest in international trade regulations, policies, and customs compliance.
- Excellent research and analysis skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Keen interest in global trade regulations and policies.

- Global Trade – Restricted Party Screening knowledge is desirable.
