Associate Trade Specialist - German-Bangalore

E2open is seeking an Associate Trade Specialist with German language proficiency for its Bangalore team. This role involves mastering trade content update processes, monitoring and analyzing trade and customs compliance regulations for various countries, and interacting with government officials and trade professionals. The specialist will update regulatory information in proprietary software and ensure projects meet quality standards, contributing to the company's mission of transforming global supply chains.

Must Have

• Master Global Knowledge® update process for Trade Content.
• Monitor and keep abreast of trade and customs compliance regulations for various countries.
• Analyze and update regulatory information in E2open proprietary software.
• Interact with government officials and trade professionals to obtain trade and customs related information.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations on timeliness, quality and completeness of assigned projects.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in International Trade.
• Minimum B2 German language proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in international trade regulations, policies and customs compliance.
• Excellent research and analysis skills.
• Strong Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in any field from a reputed University.

Good to Have

• Basic proficiency of any other EU language.
• Any degree or background in International Trade, ideally an MBA or International Business degree.
• SQL and database knowledge.

Associate Trade Specialist - German Language Specialist

Job Responsibilities (German)

• Master competently and independently our Global Knowledge® update process for Trade Content.
• Monitoring and keeping abreast of trade and customs compliance regulations for various countries.
• Analyzing and updating regulatory information in E2open proprietary software.
• Interacting with respective regions’ government officials as well as with network of trade professionals in order to obtain trade and customs related information.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations on timeliness, quality and completeness of assigned projects by working closely with Team Leaders and Managers by following our quality management standards set forth by our ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 yrs of experience in International Trade
• Minimum B2 is German (basic proficiency of any other EU language will be an added advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge and Interest in international trade regulations, policies and customs compliance.
• Excellent research and analysis skills.
• Strong Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Keen Interest in global trade regulations and policies.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills.
• Ability to work with people from different countries and across different time zones.
• Any degree or background in International Trade, ideally an MBA or International Business degree is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and in short time frames.
• Should be proactive and have a problem-solving attitude.
• SQL and database knowledge is desirable.
