We are looking for a Java Tech Lead with strong technical background in Java, Spring MVC 4 Framework, and Hibernate. The ideal candidate will have experience playing a Technical Lead role involving these technologies and have implemented at least two solutions utilizing them. As a Java Tech Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders, overseeing offshore team deliverables, and providing guidance to offshore team members.
