As a Jr. Consumer marketing manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects and commercial innovations for the full product portfolio within the breastfeeding team. The role will involve collaborating closely with cross functional teams, executing commercial innovation projects, supporting the launch of innovation projects, taking on end-to-end responsibility for product delivery through close collaboration with project teams and markets. Furthermore, the position will require analytical capabilities to conduct business, portfolio, and market analysis to drive data-driven actions. Putting consumers at heart will be vital, being social media savvy to follow relevant mums and parenting forums and what’s going on in their lives, will be an add-on.
In summary, the Jr. Product Manager will play a critical role in managing projects, driving commercial innovation, and conducting data-driven analysis to support business decisions and product improvements. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, effective project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
