Junior Commercial Analyst (32980)

This role involves customer service, clarifying doubts about invoices and payment terms, sending shipments to warehouses, analyzing portfolios, orders, pending issues, returns, and tickets. It also includes direct interaction with sales consultants, internal teams, and clients, assisting with Bosch system training, scheduling and delivery for special clients, PDD analysis, credit issuance and accounting, and identifying improvements and projects.

Must Have

• Act in customer service, clarifying doubts about invoices, payment terms, among other billing-related issues
• Sending shipments to warehouses with sales nature, samples, bonuses, scrap, reconditioned products
• Portfolio, order, pending, return, and ticket analysis
• Direct interface with sales consultants, internal team, and clients, assisting them with Bosch system training
• Responsible for scheduling and delivery of special clients
• PDD analysis, which is the reconciliation of sales made with invoices issued and payments received
• Issuance and accounting of credits
• Identify improvements and projects
• Degree in Economics, Data Science, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
• Microsoft Office Suite
• SAP SD Module
