WRI Brazil is looking for a professional to work as a Junior Communications Analyst to support the Restaura Biomas Program, a project developed in partnership with Conservation International as a partner agency of the Global Environment Facility (GEF). WRI Brazil acts as the executing agency, while the Ministry of Environment (MMA) is the governmental partner, contributing to the implementation of the National Policy for Native Vegetation Recovery (PROVEG). The program aims to meet the requirements and objectives aligned with WRI Brazil's strategy and the Union for Restoration.
The Restaura Biomas is part of the Integrated Ecosystem Restoration Program, a global GEF initiative covering 20 countries and with over 200 million dollars allocated to ecological restoration.
This person will work in the Communications area, producing and supporting content related to the GEF Project, such as: producing texts for the website, social media, among others; researching, investigating, and identifying relevant information for content production; reviewing texts and ensuring the quality of published communication materials; producing scripts for institutional, project, and social media videos; proposing new ideas for topics, videos, and communication products, as well as performing other related and inherent activities to the position.
