Job Description

The Junior Consumer Propagandist is responsible for promoting the benefits of Haleon products to healthcare professionals (dentists) through visits to clinics and offices, with the purpose of contributing to patient well-being. This role also involves working in synergy with the commercial team to ensure product visibility at points of sale and adequate access for patients.
Must have:
  • Plan frequency, sequence, and execution of visits using professional segmentation for coverage analysis.
  • Keep professional registration updated, aiming to secure key prescribers in your sector.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for Haleon products, seeking opportunities to expand the buyer base by acquiring new HCPs and increasing repurchase volume.
  • Interpret information on Haleon and competitor products obtained from various channels (pharmacies, offices, and clinics) for planning.
  • Participate in dental congresses, promoting and selling Haleon products.
  • Constantly improve knowledge of Haleon products and competitors through materials and training developed by Haleon.
  • Understand Haleon's market audit productivity concepts and tools and use them for tactical plan development.
  • Engage with Haleon areas (Marketing, training, TEC/REC, and commercial team) to assist in tactical plan execution.
  • Higher education complete or ongoing.
  • Active Driver's License B.
  • Ability to think analytically, considering market dynamics for developing a tactical plan for the territory.
  • Demonstrate communication skills.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the business/segment.
  • Ability to develop territorial strategy.
  • Ability to work in a team.

The Junior Consumer Propagandist is responsible for promoting the benefits of Haleon products to healthcare professionals (dentists), through visits to clinics and offices, with the purpose of contributing to the well-being of patients, in addition to working in synergy with the commercial team to ensure visibility at points of sale and adequate access of our products to patients.

Location: SP - Taubaté

What you will do:

  • Plan the frequency, sequence, and execution of visits, using the segmentation of each professional for coverage analysis;
  • Keep the professionals' registration updated, seeking to guarantee the main prescribers in your sector.
  • Achieve the monthly sales target for Haleon products, seeking opportunities to expand the buyer base, through the acquisition of new HCPs, as well as increasing repurchase volume.
  • Interpret information about Haleon and competitor products obtained from various channels (pharmacies, offices, and clinics) to prepare your planning;
  • Participate in dental congresses promoting and selling Haleon products;
  • Constantly improve your knowledge about Haleon products and their competitors through materials and training developed by Haleon;
  • Understand the concepts and productivity tools about market audits offered by Haleon and use them to prepare the tactical plan;
  • Engagement with Haleon areas (Marketing, training, TEC/REC, and commercial team) to assist in the execution of the tactical plan.

What you need to have:

  • Desired higher education complete or ongoing;
  • Active Driver's License B;
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking capacity, considering market dynamics for developing a tactical plan for the territory;
  • Demonstrate communication skills;
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the business/segment;
  • Have the ability to develop territorial strategy;
  • Know how to work in a team.
