Tripledot Studios is seeking a Junior Creative Producer to generate creatives for mobile games, involving idea generation to final production. This role requires collaboration with internal and external teams, including production partners and artists, to bring creative concepts to life. The producer will contribute original ideas, prepare clear briefs, and provide feedback on video execution to ensure high-quality video ads and gameplay creatives. Knowledge of current mobile gaming and advertising trends, as well as performance marketing principles, is essential.
Must have:
- Generate creative ideas for videos and playable ads.
- Collaborate on concept development and contribute original ideas.
- Prepare clear tasks and brief descriptions.
- Provide constructive feedback to art and motion designers.
- 1+ year of experience in mobile game development.
- Proven experience in video and/or advertising production.
- Understanding of video ad production lifecycle.
- Knowledge of mobile gaming and advertising trends.
Good to have:
- Understanding of gameplay video creatives.
- Familiarity with performance marketing principles.

As a Junior Creative Producer, you’ll be responsible for generating creatives. This involves every process from generating ideas to the final stages of production. For that, you’ll be collaborating with production partners and artists who can bring the creative concepts to reality. This role requires cooperating with both internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate creative ideas for videos and playable ads.
- Collaborate with senior producers on concept development, contributing original ideas aligned with the core vision and hypotheses.
- Prepare clear tasks and brief descriptions.
- Provide constructive, high-quality feedback to art and motion designers to ensure excellent video execution.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 1+ year of experience in mobile game development.
- Proven experience in video and/or advertising production.
- Comprehensive understanding of the video ad production lifecycle: from creating ideas to final rendering.
- Knowledge of current trends in mobile gaming and mobile advertising.
- Understanding of the unique aspects of gameplay video creatives.
- Familiarity with the performance marketing principles.
