From the beginning of your adventure with us, you will be tasked with:

As part of the Game Production and Live Ops teams, under the supervision of the Lead Product Manager and Lead Data Analyst, the successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, analyze, and automate data processes. They will model, predict, and segment large datasets, generate insights to drive decisions, and support the continuous improvement of the technical data team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and performance monitoring from multiple data sources.
• Collaborate on feature development for data mining, tracking, and visualization; design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines with the data engineering team.
• Proactively generate analyses and insights to support user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
• Monitor player behavior through GameOps events and A/B tests, identifying opportunities for optimization and new feature design.
• Troubleshoot data issues, ensure metric accuracy, and communicate findings and recommendations to development teams to influence strategy.
