Overwolf is seeking an Entry-level Backend Developer to power its platform for millions of gamers and developers. The role involves owning key systems like authentication, subscriptions, installer services, and analytics pipelines. The ideal candidate will craft secure, scalable infrastructure, contribute to cloud-based infrastructure design, monitor system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features and APIs.

Good To Have:

Enthusiasm for gaming (PC / Console games).
Good troubleshooting capabilities and multitasking.
Fluent English.

Must Have:

Take ownership of backend APIs and services, including ETL pipelines, SSO, subscriptions, and installer components.
Contribute to the design maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure and deployment workflows.
Monitor system performance and uptime, with rapid resolution of critical issues.
Participate in cloud cost-optimization efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features and backend APIs.
BSc in Computer Science from a top University (include course grades).
Basic knowledge of software design and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Good academic background in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Enjoy working independently.
Organized and methodical.
