What awaits you
- As a Gen Z and Gen Alpha expert, you know tonality and pop cultural trends on social media and are a sparring partner within your team and for other trades such as creation, strategy, and account management
- Proactive community management on our clients' social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Facebook)
- Analysis of sentiment & metrics to make data-based statements and derivations
- As a mirror of the internet community's voice, you provide us with insights and derive content ideas so that our brands can continue to authentically inspire their audience
What you bring
- You are chronically online and knew Italian Brainrot before brands made it uncool. In plain text: memes, internet culture, and community movements are your DNA
- Knowledge of the functionalities of common social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Facebook
- Understanding of common social media management tools like emplifi, Airtable, Business Manager
- You also use platforms like Reddit, Twitch or 9GAG to stay up to date
- Hands-on mentality – you have a high degree of flexibility, commitment, and conscientiousness.
- Since you work with various large clients, you know how to ensure a quick change of focus through self-organization and discipline
- Your teamwork ability and inspiring nature make you a real asset to our team – simply put: you are funny and open.
- Excellent written and oral communication in German and good English skills are a must
- At least 1 year of full-time experience in social media and community management for (large) brands, ideally at a Next Gen agency
