WongDoody is seeking a self-motivated Project Manager for its Seattle office to manage a high-volume workload for a national telecom account. The role involves overseeing print, PDF, and motion deliverables, ensuring projects are on time and budget, and maintaining clear communication. Must have:
  • Manage print, PDF, and motion deliverables through all project phases.
  • Ensure work is completed on time and on budget, including schedule development.
  • Be the hub of clear, consistent communication across multiple platforms.
  • Discuss schedules, project plans, costs/estimates, and status with stakeholders.
  • Understand and efficiently use project management software (Smartsheet).
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate and timely status updates to all departments.
  • Lead or support the Director of Project Management during status meetings.
  • Schedule and lead project-related internal meetings.
  • Contribute to new process development and documentation.
  • Understand agency and client process interdependencies.
  • Maintain live, client-facing status documents.
  • Collaborate and provide creative thoughts/ideas.
  • Serve as additional quality control on all managed work.
  • Partner with other departments to resource new projects.
  • Prepare estimates and run burn reports as needed.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management at an ad agency, design firm, or marketing-related firm.
  • Proficiency with work management software.
  • Excellent people and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to function as both a member and leader of the team.
  • Superb organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a large number of projects simultaneously.

WongDoody’s Seattle office is seeking a team-oriented, self-motivated Project Manager to help manage our fast-paced, high-volume workload for a national telecom account. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage print, PDF, and motion deliverables through all phases of a project’s life cycle and ensure work is completed on time and on budget, including development of comprehensive schedules
  • Be the hub of clear, consistent communication across multiple platforms to ensure team members are aware of expectations and deadlines
  • Talk through schedules, project plans, costs/estimates, project status, etc. with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand and efficiently use project management software (Smartsheet)
  • Develop a strong and trusting relationship with all internal teams and project stakeholders
  • Provide accurate and timely status updates among all departments and stakeholders and be the go-to resource for project-related questions
  • Lead or support the Director of Project Management during twice-weekly internal status meetings
  • Schedule and lead all project-related internal meetings to identify next steps, clarify ambiguity, determine the need for any additional meetings, and capture clear, action-oriented notes
  • Contribute to new process development and documentation
  • Understand the interdependencies of agency and client process to anticipate next steps, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate potential roadblocks
  • Maintain live, client-facing status documents of all projects, print and digital schedules, and archival notes
  • Collaborate and provide creative thoughts/ideas during internal meetings
  • Serve as additional quality control on all managed work, including internal creative reviews, proof reviews, and confirming brand standards and guidelines are met
  • Partner with other departments to resource for new projects
  • Prepare estimates and run burn reports as needed
