Job Summary

Job Description

This internship offers hands-on experience in planning and executing influencer and UGC creator campaigns for major brands, covering research, budget negotiation, content approvals, and reporting. You will be responsible for creating engaging social content and contributing insights on influencer trends and pop culture to our concepts. You will support the team in daily influencer marketing tasks, with potential for a Junior Influencer Campaign Manager role. Ideal candidates are digitally savvy, passionate about marketing, highly organized, disciplined, team-oriented, and possess excellent German and good English communication skills.
Must have:
  • Chronically online and daily follow German-speaking influencers on various social media platforms
  • Interested in really good marketing and interested in co-designing advertising so that it's not cringe
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Organizational talent and quality standards
  • Self-organization and discipline for quick focus changes
  • Teamwork and captivating nature (proactive, friendly, open, shares constructive thoughts)
  • Excellent written and oral communication in German
  • Good English skills

What awaits you

  • You will learn how to independently plan and execute campaigns with influencers and UGC creators for major brands – this includes research, budget negotiation, content approvals, and reporting
  • It is your responsibility to create content that you would like to see on your own socials
  • Your input & research on the influencer bubble, trends, and pop culture will flow into our concepts
  • You will support your colleagues in their daily tasks related to Influencer Marketing and UGC Creator campaigns
  • A subsequent takeover as Junior Influencer Campaign Manager is possible
