Junior Influencer Manager (m/f/d)

Must Have

• Identify and select suitable creators across social media platforms
• Support contract preparation and negotiations with influencers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers
• Develop creative and impactful influencer marketing campaigns
• Assist the team with operational tasks for ongoing campaigns
• Advise clients on fundamental questions in influencer marketing
• Plan and implement influencer campaigns with experienced colleagues
• Coordinate campaign workflow from scouting to analysis
• Analyze campaign results and prepare key learnings
• Collaborate closely with creation and client services
• Continuously monitor trends, platform developments, and competitors
• First practical experience in influencer or social media area
• High social media affinity
• Basic understanding of influencer mechanics, KPIs, and content quality

What does the role involve?

• Identification and selection of suitable creators across social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, or Twitch
• Support in the preparation of contracts and agreements with influencers
• Support in negotiations with creators in coordination with the team
• Building and maintaining long-term and valuable relationships with influencers
• Development of creative and impactful influencer marketing campaigns together with the team
• Assisting the team with all operational tasks related to ongoing campaigns
• Advising our clients on fundamental questions in influencer marketing
• Planning and implementation of influencer campaigns together with experienced colleagues
• Coordination of the process from scouting to approvals and releases, through execution and analysis of activations
• Analysis of campaign results and preparation of key learnings
• Close collaboration with creation and client services
• Continuous monitoring of trends, platform developments, and competitors

What are we looking for?

• First practical experience in the influencer or social media area (e.g., internships, working student jobs, or initial professional experience)
• High social media affinity: You know relevant creators, platforms, and formats, from mainstream to niche
• Basic understanding of influencer mechanics, KPIs, and content quality
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with people
• Organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
• Enjoyment of pop culture, trends, and digital communities
• Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken
