HP is seeking a Junior Inside Sales Specialist to support global accounts on a 2-year temporary contract. Responsibilities include generating leads, building relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, offering upselling suggestions, working on contract renewals, and describing product/service benefits. The role involves collaborating with account managers and potentially managing sales pipelines for smaller accounts. Success requires strong communication and presentation skills, effective teamwork, and the ability to motivate partner sales forces.

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business Admin
  • 0-2 years sales experience (IT preferred)
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Experience with Sales tools (Siebel ideal)

Junior Inside Sales Specialist (f/m/d) - Global Accounts

Description -

We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales Specialist (f/m/d) to support our global accounts (temporary contract for 2 years).

Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to building of the pipeline by generating leads and referrals and building on existing HP business within the global accounts.

  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the clients, by developing a basic understanding of the unique business needs of the clients within their industry.

  • Offer up-selling suggestions to account managers regarding new business opportunities within the account.

  • Work with the clients, particularly with procurement on contract renewals.

  • Describe benefits of solutions, services, products, during selling process.

  • May focus on growing contractual renewals for smaller, less complex accounts, to higher-total-contract- value renewals; manage sales pipeline.

What do we expect?

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a business administration field.

  • Typically 0-2 years of sales experience ideally in IT industry.

  • Ideally first experience with Sales tools, such as Siebel.

  • Good communication and presentation skills (ideally in front of medium-sized audiences).

  • Ability to effectively partner with other team members/teams to ensure coordinated efficient account management.

  • Ability to motivate partner's sales force.

  • Fluent in German and English (Typical job interaction – internally and externally – in German language).
