Job Description
A marketplace where customers discover new experiences and services everyday and local businesses thrive. To date we have worked with over a million merchant partners worldwide, connecting over 16 million customers with deals across various categories. In a world often dominated by e-commerce giants, we stand out as one of the few platforms uniquely committed to helping local businesses succeed on a performance basis.
On a radical journey to transform our business with relentless pursuit of results. Even with thousands of employees spread across multiple continents, we still maintain a culture that inspires innovation, rewards risk-taking and celebrates success. The impact here can be immediate due to our scale and the speed of our transformation. We're a "best of both worlds" kind of company. We're big enough to have the resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has a surprising amount of autonomy and can make a meaningful impact.
About the Role 🎯
As a Junior Market Manager Intern, you’ll support the commercial and operational performance of Goods business across the INTL markets. This role replaces the scope of two previous team members (a fixed-term intern and a permanent specialist), meaning you will quickly become an important contributor to market insights, deal quality, and commercial execution.
This internship gives you exposure to market analysis, deal optimisation, digital marketing visibility planning, and cross-functional execution. You will work closely with Senior Market Managers, Vendor Managers, and Marketing channel leaders to keep our catalog competitive, identify high-potential supply, and help ensure our top deals get the right visibility.
This is a strong entry point into market management, e-commerce operations, merchandising, and digital marketing. Students or recent graduates in Economics, Marketing, Business, Analytics, or similar fields are ideal — but strong curiosity, commercial thinking, and willingness to learn matter just as much as direct experience 💡📘
🛠️ You’ll spend time on the following:
- 🔍 Review and optimise new deals by performing market and pricing analyses using internal data and external tools.
- 🤝 Collaborate with Vendor Managers to secure competitive pricing and strong deal structures from merchants.
- 📊 Predict and analyse expected deal performance, supporting strategic decisions around head inventory exposure.
- 📈 Identify new growth opportunities through continuous market monitoring and wishlist updates, and work with Sales to bring them to life.
- 📣 Support visibility planning: help select top-performing deals for marketing assets (homepage carousels, landing pages, email sends, Sponsored Listings).
- 🧩 Identify underperforming deals, analyse root causes (supply or visibility), and support execution of corrective plans.
- ✨ Propose process improvements, share commercial insights, and contribute to a data-led, results-driven culture.
🤩 We’re excited about you if you have/are:
- 🎓 Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- 🇵🇱 Fluent Polish and B2+ English (written & spoken) — required for effective collaboration.
- 📊 Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with numbers and data-driven insights.
- 💬 Clear communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- ✅ Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a global marketplace operates.📈
- Good proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace (SQL is a plus, not a must).
- 📍 Based in (or willing to relocate to) Warsaw, and able to work from our office.
What You’ll Get 🌈
- 🌍 Hands-on experience in a fast-paced global e-commerce marketplace.
- 🤝 Direct exposure to Senior Market Managers, Vendor Managers, and Marketing teams.
- 🚀 Real ownership — your work will influence deal performance and commercial planning.
- 📚 Development across analytics, commercial strategy, and digital marketing.
- 🌈 A supportive, ambitious, and international work environment.
