Venture Music is a music marketing agency dedicated to elevating artists in the digital space. Our team is passionate about music and is focused on connecting artists and their fans. We specialize in innovative marketing strategies, creative campaigns, and engaging content.

We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our Nashville-based creative team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for music and a keen eye for design, with expertise in creating captivating video content for social media platforms. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to participate in video shoots with artists, contributing to the creative process from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and video edits tailored for social media
• Collaborate closely with the social team to develop creative concepts and execute them through to completion
• Participate in video shoots with artists, assisting with on-site production and ensuring creative vision is achieved
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our content innovative and engaging
• Adapt and optimize content for various social media formats and specifications
• Contribute ideas for social media campaigns and content strategies during brainstorming sessions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Ensure all designs align with the client's brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, preferably within the music industry or a marketing agency
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
• Strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics work, particularly for social media platforms
• Experience with video production, including shooting, editing, and on-site assistance
• Excellent understanding of social media trends, formats, and best practices
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback to refine designs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Passion for music and a deep understanding of the music industry is a plus
