Senior Motion Graphics Designer + Editor

Our client that supports a leading national broadcast network is looking for a freelance Senior Motion Graphics Designer + Editor to join their team in a temp capacity with potential to convert to full-time.

This position requires ONSITE work at their office in Charlotte (near Commonwealth Park area) for 35-40hours/week. Hours are standard 9-5. No late nights or weekends.

Candidates should have a strong reel that showcases motion graphics skills. Previous sports, news, entertainment or broadcast experience preferred.

Senior Motion Graphics Designer Responsibilities

• Edit and cut 3 minute news segment, adding in motion graphics, text overlay and other enhancements to optimize production quality.
• Create motion graphics to add to segment, ensuring they align with overall story line.
• Cut video content, working alongside production teams to meet critical deadlines.
• Work quickly to produce one segment each day, ensuring motion graphics and video editing remain high quality.
  
  

Senior Motion Graphics Designer Requirements

• 8+ years video editing and motion graphics experience; entertainment or broadcast experience preferred
• Exceptional experience in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Ability to work quickly to meet strict deadlines and a quick learner.
• Must be able to work onsite at their Charlotte office
