Junior Project Administrator
Job Summary
Job Description
- Supporting Project Managers in their day-to-day operational tasks (e.g., follow-ups, scheduling, documentation, reminders)
- Tracking project members allocation and their involvement across multiple ongoing projects
- Coordinating project onboarding activities (access requests, communication, documentation setup)
- Assisting with project financial processes - collecting timesheets, preparing billing data, issuing invoices
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
- Ensuring smooth flow of information within the project team and across support functions
- Initial experience in a similar role (e.g., PMO, project assistant, administration specialist)
- Familiarity with IT project environments
- Work flexibility - hybrid working model, flexible start of the day, workation, sabbatical leave
- Development and upskilling - our full support during onboarding process, mentoring from experienced colleagues, training sessions, workshops, certification co/financed by PwC and conversations with native speaker
