Job Description

PwC is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to join its Internal Firm Services team in Buenos Aires. The role requires at least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with a strong focus on IT profiles and sourcing strategies. Responsibilities include sourcing, phone screening, managing Workday, handling offers, maintaining recruitment reports, and actively participating in recruitment strategy design. Candidates must have advanced/bilingual English proficiency and knowledge of information security and data protection.

  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) knowledge.
  • Behavioral Interviewing.
Must Have:
  • Advanced student/graduate in HR, Psychology or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge of IT profiles and sourcing strategies.
  • Advanced/bilingual English level.
  • Perform sourcing, phone screening, Workday management, and offers.
  • Maintain updated recruitment reports.
  • Actively participate in recruitment strategy design.
  • Understand correct information management.
  • Knowledge of information security and data protection.
  • Ensure correct information security management.

Requirements

  • Advanced students/graduates in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
  • Perform reporting on search status.
  • At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. (exclusive)
  • Have knowledge of IT profiles and sourcing strategies for these profiles.
  • Have an advanced/bilingual English level. (exclusive)
  • Management of recruitment tools (desirable).

Tasks:

  • Keep recruitment reports updated.
  • Actively participate in the design of the recruitment strategy.
