  • Define strategy, operating model, policies, standards, and process documentation for data governance projects.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to write and present proposals.
  • Contribute to project planning, engagement administration, and budget management.
  • Apply data governance concepts such as data cataloging, data lineage, and data stewardship.
  • Evaluate new solutions and services, providing business cases for adoption.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with at least one major data governance platform (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica).
  • Knowledge of enterprise metadata management, data architecture, profiling, and quality.
  • Experience with DCAM or related data governance frameworks.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Understand the importance of correct information management.
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
  • Correct Information Security Management.

Job Summary:

The Senior Associate – Data Governance will support data engineering and management initiatives, focusing on developing data solutions, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and reliable data delivery. The role is part of a team dedicated to helping clients implement effective data governance programs that protect against threats, enable data-driven transformation, and drive growth.
