Key Account Manager

About the Role & Team

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Türkiye.

This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our Istanbul office and 1 day from home.

What You Will Do

• Execute campaigns for Disney, Marvel, Star Wars and Pixar brands, directly working with Consumer Products (CP) Retail team

• Work closely with licensees and retailers, planning and executing retail marketing activations for various accounts

• Increase distribution in existing accounts

• Penetrate new retailers, open white spaces

• Bring new licensees to TR market and execute

• Plan localized marketing activations & communications aligned with the EMEA region priorities, integrated to retail strategy

• Follow localization processes of EMEA marketing and retail assets

• Distribute localized retail assets to retailers

• Execute E-Commerce Activations and analyze results

• Work closely with advertising, creative agencies to sustain retail activations.

Customer Management:

• Execute annual retail/marketing plans.

• Drive volume by increasing availability, distribution and presence of Disney products

• Ensure retailer listings in signature campaigns are on time and in correct stock

• Create new shopping occasions and expand listings

• Determine always on strategies and increase visibility

• Define new business opportunities and execute penetration plans

• Present TR retail landscape to global/regional licensees and launch new categories

• Be in contact with the licensees and retailers to maintain data-visual transfers through-out a retail promotion/activation.

• Transfer necessary information to retailers to promote Disney Consumer Products
   

Key Account Management Process Follow-ups:

• Attend workshops with licensees/retailers and plan – present – execute annual retail campaigns and marketing plans

• Attend weekly/monthly/quarterly licensee and retailer meetings to sustain growth

• Working directly with Key Account team and agency for creating brand stores for the relevant retail campaigns

• Making sure the designs are in-line with Disney guidelines

• Preparing retail activation presentations of relevant retail occasions aligned with franchise marketing planning

• Following up all the accounting processes. Creating and extending new vendors in SAP

• Creating PO’s for each transaction under the supervision of Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive experience in sales, marketing and trade marketing

• Fluency in Turkish, good command of English in both speaking and writing

• Toy experience would be a plus

• Highly organized and good time management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Self autonomous, highly organized and strong at planning and multi-tasking

• Team player with can do approach

• Valid driving license is required
