Job Description

As Key Account Manager for Sweden, you’ll be at the forefront of Haleon’s commercial success across pharmacy and mass market channels. This is more than a sales role—it’s a strategic opportunity to shape how our brands show up in the Swedish market. You’ll lead key customer relationships, drive joint business plans, and deliver strong sales and profit results. Your strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and curiosity around AI-driven insights will help us evolve how we work and grow. This is a hybrid and permanent opportunity based in Stockholm and reports directly to the Sales Manager for Sweden.
Must have:
  • Lead and grow key customer accounts in Sweden, ensuring delivery of sales, profit, and market share targets.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with key customers, aligned with Haleon’s commercial strategy.
  • Ensure flawless execution of commercial initiatives and promotional plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver customer excellence.
  • Monitor market trends and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ongoing review, update and own customer forecasting.
  • Represent Haleon externally in customer negotiations and business reviews.
  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably within FMCG or consumer healthcare.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.

Key responsibilities

Qualifications and skills

Essential

  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably within FMCG or consumer healthcare.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
