Job Description

The People Experience Partner at Haleon provides both strategic and operational HR support, with a significant focus on HR administration. This role involves ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes, compliance, managing complex HR cases, and supporting employee relations. It also supports leaders with performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy guidance, while driving process improvements and maintaining the HR knowledge base.
Must have:
  • Act as the initial point of contact for employee queries via ServiceNow
  • Provide end-to-end navigation support and resolution for HR cases
  • Manage complex HR cases with guidance on routine employee relations issues
  • Coach leaders and managers on performance management, employee engagement, and people management
  • Deliver training and development interventions to upskill managers in HR processes and policies
  • Partner with HRBPs to support and deliver strategic HR priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams on operational actions related to compensation, benefits, and the annual reward cycle
  • Proactively raise improvement ideas, focusing on process simplification and optimization
  • Maintain the knowledge base by preparing and updating documents
  • Deploy and adapt global policies to align with local laws and regulations
  • Analyze employee engagement data to identify trends and insights
  • Perform HR administration tasks related to compensation, benefits, HR
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including performance management, onboarding, employee relations, and talent management
  • Proficiency in HR technology (Workday, ServiceNow) for effective service delivery
  • Ability to analyze engagement data, metrics, and HR analytics to provide insights and drive continuous improvement
  • Understanding of various HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Experienced in managing HR projects, timelines, and objectives
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English is required

The People Experience Partner at Haleon provides both strategic and operational HR support. A significant part of this role involves HR administration, ensuring the smooth execution of core HR processes and compliance with internal policies and local regulations. This includes managing complex HR cases, supporting routine employee relations matters, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems. The role also supports leaders with performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy guidance. Additionally, it drives process improvements, maintains the HR knowledge base, and ensures global policies align with local laws.

Role Responsibilities:
