Job Description

This role involves driving China Pain Relief brand objectives, managing daily operations, and executing NPD launch plans, particularly for liquid gel. Responsibilities include facilitating brand growth plans in retail, participating in annual communication planning, and conducting monthly business tracking and analysis to identify opportunities and risks. The role supports the development of annual brand growth strategies, manages P&L, and collaborates with agencies and cross-functional teams to execute marketing programs and drive shopper engagement.
Must have:
  • Drive China Pain Relief related brand’s business objective

  • Participate in annual plan planning and next year operation
  • Perform monthly business tracking and analysis
  • Be sensitive for any opportunity and risk
  • Support MM to develop annual brand growth strategy
  • Be accountable for delivery of annual brand Profit & Loss (P&L)
  • Manage agency and cross-functional relationships
  • Execute programs and plans (media, creative development, digital)
  • Collaborate with TMK team for shopper engagement
  • A minimum of a BA degree
  • Excellent English spoken and written
  • 3+ years of professional experience with direct experience in FMCG/FMCH/OTC MKT background
  • Experience of working across functions as the individual contributor
  • Consistent high performance and delivery
  • Successfully executing complex projects from design to completion
  • Utilizing multi source information in a fast-moving environment
  • Leadership in matrix organisation

About the Role:

Drive China Pain Relief related brand’s business objective, will handle brand daily operation, NPD launch plan execution, and focus on 4 aspects:

  • Detailed NPD launch plan execution for liquid gel
  • Facilitate MM to develop brand growth plan, especially the acceleration plan in retail channel
  • Communication: participate the annual plan planning and next year operation
  • Business management: monthly business tracking and analysis. Sensitive for any opportunity and risk.

Key accountabilities & deliverables

Develop / drive brand strategy execution and ensure the quality of execution

Dedicate for the NPD launch plan execution

As a Brand Manager, will be responsible for selected brand within the business portfolio. Oversee the effective deployment of brand growth strategies and execute across all areas of the marketing mix to achieve short-term and long-term brand business and brand health KPI and profit objectives.

This role will provide the opportunity to lead key activities to progress the career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Support MM to develop the annual brand growth strategy as well as the tailor-made market communication plan focused on 3-year growth drivers, working with a brand centric cross-functional team
  • Be accountable for delivery of annual brand Profit & Loss (P&L), including sales and profit results and actively manage budget items
  • Manage agency and cross-functional relationships to deliver breakthrough results
  • As the key team member to superior execution of programs and plans to bring the brand strategies to life, including for example media, creative development, digital programs
  • Collaborate with the TMK team to drive strong shopper engagement and more than fair share in-store support

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a BA degree
  • Excellent English spoken and written
  • 3+ years of professional experience with direct experience in FMCG/FMCH/OTC MKT background
  • Experience of working across functions as the individual contributor
  • NPD launch and EC experience are welcomed

Proven track record

  • Consistent high performance and delivery
  • Successfully executing complex projects from design to completion
  • Utilizing multi source information in a fast-moving environment
  • Leadership in matrix organisation
