The Light Division, based in Bobigny, France, is a Research & Development center specializing in automotive lighting systems, including headlights, taillights, and interior lighting. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the competitiveness and compliance of Valeo's offers with client expectations. This includes identifying client requirements, determining sales prices based on market knowledge and competitor positioning, and implementing pricing strategies. The role involves collaborating with other Key Account Managers globally for price consistency, submitting competitive technical and economic offers within deadlines, and participating in project teams to represent the client's perspective on quality, cost, and delivery. The manager will also inform clients about new technologies and solutions, align client messaging with project teams, and conduct negotiations during the commercial acquisition process, providing commercial information and guiding clients towards recommended actions.
Must have:
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Bac+5 or equivalent in Commerce or Negotiation

Notre Site basé à Bobigny (93) est le siège de la Division Valeo Light. Ce centre de Recherche & Développement regroupe 520 collaborateurs autour de la conception de systèmes d’éclairage (projecteurs, feux arrières, éclairage intérieur, etc).

Nous recrutons un Key Account Manager F/H.

Vos missions :

Garantir la compétitivité et la conformité totale des offres Valeo avec les attentes et les exigences du client :

  • Vous assurez que les exigences des clients soient toutes identifiées et bien comprises par les équipes projet.

  • Vous déterminez les objectifs de prix de vente en fonction de votre connaissance du marché et de la position des concurrents.

  • Vous mettez en œuvre la stratégie de tarification dans le CAA (logiciel interne).

  • Vous travaillez en collaboration avec les Key Account Managers d'autres régions afin d'assurer la cohérence globale des prix.

  • Vous lancez et menez toutes les actions possibles afin de pouvoir soumettre, dans les délais impartis, une offre compétitive sur le plan technique et économique.

  • Vous participez aux équipes de projet afin d'expliquer et de défendre le point de vue du client en termes de qualité, de coûts, de délais de livraison et afin de satisfaire ses exigences.

  • Vous Informer le client des nouvelles technologies, produits, perspectives, approches ou solutions afin de garantir des offres attractives.

  • Vous alignez et adaptez le message client avec l'équipe de gestion de projet.

  • Vous conduisez la négociation pendant le processus d'acquisition commerciale.

  • Vous fournissez des informations commerciales.

  • Vous prenez le contrôle pour guider le client vers une action recommandée en discutant des alternatives et en renforçant la valeur d'un changement.

À propos de vous :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+5 ou équivalent avec une spécialisation en Commerce, Négociation

  • Vous parlez couramment Anglais et Français

  • Vous disposez de minimum 5 ans d’expérience commerciale

  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du Microsoft Pack Office

  • Vous êtes doté(e) de bonnes qualités relationnelles
