Job Description

Bally’s Interactive is seeking a KYC Operations Specialist to join their dynamic and fast-moving KYC Team. This role involves running daily KYC operations, monitoring verification activity, and supporting AML and Responsible Gaming processes. The specialist will review cash-out requests, investigate fraud, partner with the VIP team, and verify player documents across multiple jurisdictions. The position requires strong attention to detail, experience in online gaming or payments, and familiarity with tools like Geocomply and LexisNexis, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for players across North America.
Good To Have:

Must Have:
  • Run daily KYC operations and keep the verification queue moving smoothly
  • Monitor and action all incoming and outgoing verification activity
  • Support AML and Responsible Gaming processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Review and process cash-out requests and help keep payouts clean and compliant
  • Investigate red flags, identify potential fraud, and work cross-functionally to keep the platform safe
  • Partner with our VIP team to ensure top-tier players meet all EDD, risk, and AML standards
  • Verify player documents across multiple states and jurisdictions
  • Communicate directly with players, internal teams, and third-party partners to solve issues fast
  • Help make onboarding a smooth ride for every new player who joins the fun

You’ll work closely with the KYC Team Lead, alongside teammates who love a challenge, thrive in a high-energy environment, and take pride in doing things the right way.

Our team primarily operates on Eastern Time, and we’re looking for someone ready to jump in and make an impact from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Run daily KYC operations and keep the verification queue moving smoothly

  • Support AML and Responsible Gaming processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Review and process cash-out requests and help keep payouts clean and compliant

  • Partner with our VIP team to ensure top-tier players meet all EDD, risk, and AML standards
  • Verify player documents across multiple states and jurisdictions
  • Communicate directly with players, internal teams, and third-party partners to solve issues fast
  • Help make onboarding a smooth ride for every new player who joins the fun

What We're Looking For

  • A sharp eye for detail and a love for solving puzzles
  • Experience in online gaming, sports betting, banking, or payments
  • Familiarity with tools like Geocomply, LexisNexis, and SharePoint
  • A solid grasp of risk management, fraud prevention, or player verification
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Professional experience using Excel/Office
  • Experience supporting players or customers
  • Fluency in English (bonus points if you also speak Spanish)
